Center for the Advancement of Interprofessional Education (CAIPE1997) defines IPE as “Occasions when two or more professions learn with, from and about each other to improve collaboration and quality of care” Effective implementation of IPE within healthcare to address violence and abuse requires a strategic approach to ensure sustainability and longevity.
